To get the maximum benefits from eating honey, we recommend the following:

1. Take honey half an hour before a meal.
2. Or two hours after the meal.
3. Chew honey well before swallowing it if you eat it directly. This is because it is easily and quickly absorbed through the blood vessels under the tongue, which speeds up the delivery of honey's benefits to the body without first passing through the intestinal wall.
4. It is not recommended to consume caffeinated beverages such as tea and coffee immediately after half an hour if honey is used as a treatment. It is also okay to use it as a natural sweetener.
5. Do not mix honey with hot water or milk, as this may spoil its enzymes.
