Egg sandwiches on a plate with honey ham

6 slices of unsmoked ham
2 tablespoons of Azhar honey
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
6 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons low-fat milk
1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
3 tablespoons minced green garlic
6 slices thinly sliced ​​cheese (Swiss or cheddar preferred)
6 toasted brioche loaves, for serving, cut in half
Directions:

Preheat the grill to low and position the oven rack on the second rack from the top (not directly under the grill).
Line a 9x13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper and place the pork chops on the baking sheet in an even layer.
Spread honey over the pork, sprinkle with pepper and place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes or until the pork is crispy around the edges.
Remove the sheet from the oven, transfer the pork to a plate and set the sheet aside, as you will need it to cook the eggs.
Reduce oven temperature to 400 degrees F.
Add the eggs to a medium bowl and mix well. Then add the salt, milk, red pepper and green garlic and mix together.
While the baking paper is on the baking sheet, spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the egg mixture onto the baking sheet and carefully place it in the oven. Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the sheet from the oven and top with the ham and cheese slices. Place back in the oven for 2-3 minutes at 400°F to melt the cheese.
When you are ready to serve, use a knife or pizza cutter to cut the sheet into 6 equal parts and use a spoon to remove them from the sheet.
Serve on toast.
Note: You can use spinach instead of kale if you prefer and any type of cheese can be substituted instead of Swiss or cheddar.
